Thank you for partnering with us. We are excited to announce that we have recently changed to a new church management system called Church Community Builder. This system is entirely online and integrates directly with our website.
Of course, this system, as well, is entirely secure and processes all transactions through a high-grade 128-bit encryption. In order to give with the new system you will have to sign up for an new account. A temporary password and id will be assigned to you and after you login for the first time, you can change it to whatever you desire. We apologize for the inconvenience of this step, but we trust that you will find the new system much more user friendly and useful. (links at the bottom of the email)
In addition to being more user friendly, there are several new exciting features…
· Repeating Gifts – This feature allows you to set a recurring gift either through your checking account or a debit or credit card that will deduct weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on your selection. You can even set up separate repeating gifts to different accounts (e.g. $100 weekly to General Fund, $50 monthly to Missions)
· Online Statements – As a non-profit we send out giving statements 2 times a year listing all contributions. With a login to CCB you can view your giving statement at any time including both online transactions and money given at church as well. You can print a statement right from your home computer at any time.
· Social Networking – The beauty of this particular program is that the interface is very similar to facebook. You can join groups, look up directory information and more. As this is new program we are only scratching the surface of what this system can do.
